Behind the Baker
Baking has always been one of my favorite ways to love on people. What started as a little hobby became a business, one loaf, one cookie, and one “you need to sell these” at a time.
Baked by Mel is rooted in faith and the joy of making people feel cared for. I’m the girl who obsesses over the little details because, to me, they’re part of the love that goes into every order.

My husband and I took a leap of faith and invested in an vintage Japanese kei truck, bringing together his love for restoring vehicles and my love for baking.
Together, we’re turning it into a mobile bakery. It needs some work and a whole lot of love, but we’re so excited to bring Baked by Mel to you in a new way.
